Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze client business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain robust server-side logic, APIs, and client-side functionality.
  3. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with well-structured design principles.
  4. Build end-to-end applications from scratch using the Frappe framework.
  5. Customize ERPNext by creating scripts, reports, and workflows to automate processes.
  6. Ensure smooth migration of customizations during Frappe and ERPNext upgrades.
  7. Integrate ERPNext with third-party tools and applications as required.
  8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext functionality and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and the Frappe framework.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3. Experience: Minimum 1  year of hands-on experience in ERPNext development and customization.
  4. Full-Stack Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript and full-stack development is highly preferred.
  5. Workflow Mastery: Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows and automations in ERPNext.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  7. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
